The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), the new regulatory framework meant to strengthen the financial sector’s resilience to information and communication technology (ICT disruptions) is far-reaching. It will indeed apply to a wide range of financial entities, but also to unregulated entities, such as ICT third party service providers.
