The EU, UK and many other countries have progressively adopted and expanded a number of sanctions against Russian companies and individuals. Our CMS experts are closely monitoring the current developments and would like to invite you to the second online discussion with Q&A on Wednesday, 13 April, at 10.00 CET, which will focus on certain legal implications from the EU, UK and Ukrainian law perspectives for businesses dealing with the new sanctions against Russia.

In this discussion, Ihor Olekhov, Olga Shenk, Eoin O'Shea, Claire Vannini and Alienor Fevre will provide an outline of the newly adopted sanctions, talk about pressing issues such as force majeure, receiving debt payments, sanctions applicable to trade relationships, and the ESG implications of continuing to do business in Russia or with Russian counterparties.

We look forward to welcoming you to this event.
