Media Kernel - ESG from a People Perspective: what does it mean for Food and Drink?

In this session, we will explore what ESG means from a workforce perspective: E - aligning employees to your green strategy and the risks and challenges arising from this; S – what falls under the S and how to take measurable steps to improve your S performance; G – how that fits in. We will also look at why ESG is important in a Food & Drink context, particularly against a backdrop of a skills shortage, and share examples of effective steps being taken by Food & Drink employers to build and maintain sustainable working practices.
