Media European M&A Outlook 2023 - Boom and Gloom?

The Corporate/M&A group has launched the European M&A Outlook 2023, published by CMS in association with Mergermarket. This tenth edition offers a comprehensive assessment of dealmaking sentiment across Europe’s M&A market and reflects the opinions of 330 corporates and PE firms based in Europe, the Americas and APAC, about their expectations for European M&A in the year ahead.

The report examines M&A trends, deal drivers and obstacles, ESG in transactions, sector and regional developments, financing conditions and Foreign Direct Investment. This year’s edition also features special analyses from global CMS contributors on ESG in deal making, post-M&A disputes, and the M&A environment in the Nordics.
